A fresh crop of Milwaukee´s finest chefs are cooking in the Superior Equipment & Supply Test Kitchen, 3101 S. 13th St. (South 13th and West Oklahoma Avenue)! Superior´s "Cook Like a Chef" series of fast-paced, one-hour classes invites participants to learn to create restaurant-quality cuisine, sample each delicious dish and be eligible to win a tasty door prize. Classes are scheduled from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesdays: June 25 A Dessert and Pastry "Social" Back again!
