a. Service Offerings. Wehaa.com will provide Services pursuant to mutually negotiated Statements of Work which will be and are hereby incorporated into this Agreement by reference. Services will include including the digital preparation of publications; email distribution of publications; email solicitation of subscriptions to online publications; the hosting of digital publications on the Internet; and the reporting of Internet use of those publications to Client (herein referred to as Services).
